Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, but during high-volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.), please allow the full 3–5 business days.
Tracking numbers are emailed to you once your order has been processed.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if you were unavailable to receive the package, you will be responsible for both the return and redelivery shipping costs.
Sheena Sadé LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
No refunds will be issued for delivery errors due to inaccurate shipping details.
🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Sheena Sadé LLC is no longer liable.
If your package is missing but shows as delivered, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Upon request, we will provide all available delivery details, including:
